Looking ahead to the future, I am eager to utilize the skills and knowledge I have

acquired through my extensive leadership classes to navigate my career path. My goal

is to become a leader who fosters meaningful interpersonal relationships with the

individuals I encounter. I aspire to reshape the narrative of societal expectations and

establish a new norm that prioritizes pursuing our passions rather than simply fulfilling obligations. (Simmons & Yawson, 2022).

During my Junior Year of college, I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona. This experience opened my eyes to the fact that life encompasses much more than the predetermined paths we are often confined to. In Europe, people work to live, whereas in America, we often find ourselves living to work. I am determined to challenge this narrative and encourage others to embrace a mindset that values experiences and personal growth over precedented ideas that have been set for us. I am hoping to explore various places in Europe before settling down, and I believe there are alternative approaches to achieving this beyond purely financial means. I hope to inspire others to follow their passions and understand that life is enriched by the stories and connections we make along the way.

Once I establish myself, my aspiration is to join an international marketing company with a global presence. I seek to cultivate meaningful relationships and create an environment where vulnerability is embraced. I firmly believe that embracing this leadership style fosters a more productive and harmonious work environment (Masse, 2023).

As I embark on the significant changes that await me after graduation, I am excited to contribute my own thoughts and ideas within the workplace. Equally important to me is the opportunity to learn from the perspectives and ideas of those around me. I hope to find deep passion in the work I undertake and to approach challenges from a fresh perspective, deconstructing problems and finding innovative solutions (Patterson, N/A). I will draw upon the leadership skills I have developed over the past four years and employ them to surmount the obstacles that lie ahead.

In summary, I am excited to embrace the future with a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships, challenging societal norms, and applying my leadership skills to tackle new challenges in a professional manner.
